Their key challenges included: Simplifying Appointment Scheduling: Users needed a frictionless way to book sessions with licensed counsellors. Enhancing User Engagement: Providing interactive resources and personalized content to maintain user involvement. Optimizing Counsellor Tools: Creating a system where professionals could generate tailored questions based on a user’s needs and design structured treatment plans. Ensuring a Calming UI/UX: The app needed a visually appealing, intuitive, and soothing interface that aligns with mental health best practices.
